My Rome

A Guided Tour of Rome

This guided tour of Rome is a very exciting stroll of Rome showing you ruins, art, and life style with the Colosseum, Forum, Capitol Hill, Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps.

We start by the Colosseum and get in. We will spend a good hour there, taking a pleasant walk visiting the ground floor and the 1st ring floor.

During this walk, I will tell you all the stories about the building and the gladiators who found their death there. After that, we will continue with the Imperial Forum, the beating heart of the ancient city. We will cross the Forum of Trajan, built to celebrate the conquest of Dacia and the one of Julius Caesar where you’ll be listening to the true story about his death.

It was his own idea, in fact, to expand the old city centre to celebrate the absolute power. His power, at that time,  was slowly concentrating into his hands, but he didn’t know, it would cost his life. After that, we will go up to the Capitol Hill to enjoy a breath-taking view of the Roman Forum and the  Capitol hill square, the most elegant square of Rome. Continuing, we will join Venice Square, the huge Vittoriano, and the Trevi Fountain. The world famous fountain and its 2000 years old aqueduct will be the main focus of this stop. We’ll finish with the amazing Spanish Square and the famous Steps. This location will be the best to enjoy the most flavourful Tiramisu in the world (not included).

Assolutamente consigliata.
